Patient Access Operational Analysts – Patient Access Project
Position Type : Full-Time Contract (3 months initial; planned 1-year extension)

Overview
We are seeking Operational Analysts to support the Patient Access Project . These individuals will bring domain expertise in scheduling, referrals, and patient portal processes, working closely with Epic-certified build resources to ensure workflows meet business and patient needs.
Responsibilities
Partner with Epic build analysts (Cadence, Referrals, MyChart) to define requirements.
Document current-state workflows and contribute to future-state design.
Provide operational validation during build and testing.
Support change management, training, and adoption activities.
Act as liaisons between frontline staff and technical teams.
Requirements
Qualifications
Strong background in Patient Access, Scheduling, or Referrals operations (hospital or clinic setting).
Experience collaborating with IT / EHR teams on workflow design and optimization.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Certification in Epic Cadence & MyChart Required
