Additional Details

  • Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay range of $60 / hour to $75 / hour (new grads $60 / hour to $65 / hour) PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits and a 10% company-funded 401k
  • This position will float between UM Shore Medical Center at Easton and Chestertown

About UM Shore Medical Center at Easton

  • Average daily encounters : 114
  • Staffing Model :

    • 16-20 per physician - 84 hours of physician coverage daily

  • 12-14 per APP - 36 hours of APP coverage daily
  • EMR : Epic
  • 14 physician / 8 APP provider hospitalist team
  • Dedicated nocturnist
  • Intensivists onsite until 5 pm, then on call
  • Procedures not required
  • Open ICU
  • Inpatient services span a broad range of primary and secondary acute care services. Outpatient services include rehabilitation, obstetrical / gynecological, sleep testing, cardiology, and additional care.
  • Other USACS services offered at this location : Emergency Medicine
