Somatus, the leader in value-based kidney care, is looking for a mission-driven accounting leader who is excited to lend their talents to help shape our story and message across key stakeholder groups - health plans, providers, and most importantly, patients. The Sr Payroll Accountant Analyst will be responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all compensation and employee benefit journal entries, reconciliation of related accounts, payroll data analyst and documentation of accounting procedures related to compensation and benefits. Successful candidates will support process improvement initiatives within payroll and assist with the general ledger coding into NetSuite. The Sr Payroll Accountant Analyst will also work directly with various managers across the company to answer enquiries related to payroll data.

Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
Minimum 3+ years of experience in payroll, data analytics.
Previous experience as a data analyst or in a similar role
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Power BI
Great computational ability
Attention to detail
Ability to adapt and work as a team player in a fast- growing environment
Support process improvement initiatives.
Assists in responding to the internal / annual audit requirements
