Job descriptionPatient Demographics : Adult patients with rheumatologic conditions Phone Consults : Yes Case Mix : General rheumatology with option to tailor subspecialty interests EMR System : EPIC HIMSS Stage VII certified Office Equipment Available : Standard outpatient rheumatology tools Specialty Backup Available : Collegial group of system physicians Support Staff Available : Full hospital and clinic support team Reason for Coverage : System expansion and growth Credentialing Timeline : 90120 days post-offer Rate : Highly competitive salary (negotiable, MGMA-aligned) Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance : Indiana has favorable malpractice laws Additional Medical, Dental, Vision plans 403B with employer match Exceptional CME funding Reimbursement for licensure (license, CSR, DEA), dues, and subscriptions Contract bonuses based on RVUs Flexible time off Sign-on bonus and relocation reimbursement (negotiable) REQUIRED PROCEDURES General outpatient rheumatologic evaluations and treatment plans Licenses : Active IN license (or ability to obtain) Certifications : Board Certified or Board Eligible Experience : Open to experienced physicians and new grads Other Qualifications : Subspecialty interests encouraged; EMR proficiency (EPIC) Deliver outpatient rheumatology care Collaborate with hospital and clinic teams in a collegial setting Document using EPIC EMR Contribute to expanding rheumatology services within a growing system Benefit from steady income streams and potentially higher rates, mitigating financial uncertainties and instability.
