Director of Finance

We're seeking a hands-on, high-integrity finance leader to oversee accounting and financial operations across two manufacturing sites. This role includes managing a local team, partnering with cross-functional leaders, and driving financial performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience in manufacturing
• 5+ years in a leadership role
• 3+ years of experience with the aerospace industry (FAR / DFAR)
• Experience with revenue recognition and EACs
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, ERP systems, and financial statements
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
