ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jon Clark - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • New customer prospecting and onboarding.
  • Outbound sales via calls and in person interactions.
  • Meeting individual and sales team targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Carrying yourself in a respectable and professional manor.
  • Continued professional development.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Licensed in Property / Casualty / Life / Health
  • Independently driven / intrinsically motivated.
