You won’t be doing it alone—you’ll partner with our Practice Manager and Lead Doctor to keep the hospital running smoothly, support the team, and ensure top-notch patient care. Together, you’ll :
Guide the technician team and foster open, supportive communication.
Assist in surgeries, dentistry, and appointments while modeling best practices.
Mentor and elevate skills hospital-wide with leadership support.
Collaborate on technician scheduling to meet hospital needs.
Partner with leadership to implement strategies and initiatives that raise the standard of care.
A skilled technician proficient in veterinary procedures and treatments.
A natural leader who supports both experienced staff and newer team members.
Strong communicator with professionalism, empathy, and understanding.
At least 1 year of management or leadership experience (veterinary or other fields).
Passion for Fear Free medicine and compassionate client / patient care.
