What You Will Do :

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be essential in enhancing the well-being and comfort of our residents. Your responsibilities will include providing direct nursing care, administering medications, collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals, and overseeing care plan implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administering medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers.
• Monitoring and accurately recording patient vital signs and medical history.
• Working closely with the interdisciplinary team to design and execute comprehensive care plans.
• Delivering wound care and other necessary nursing interventions.
• Supervising and supporting Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in their caregiving roles.
• Ensuring adherence to all regulatory guidelines and standards.
