Job Description

As the Estimator, you will lead all estimating and preconstruction efforts, reporting directly to the President and collaborating with the VP and CFO. Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for new construction and renovation projects
• Manage bid process for 10-12 projects annually
• Collaborate with leadership on preconstruction planning and budgeting
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor proposals
• Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company professionally
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options
• Support strategic growth initiatives and future leadership opportunities
