Staff Engineer I

A company is looking for a Staff Engineer I - Research and Development.

Key Responsibilities

Define and maintain overall technical architecture for applications and systems

Drive technical vision and strategy across multiple teams while providing hands-on guidance

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and ensure system quality

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

12+ years of professional software / infrastructure engineering experience

Deep expertise in areas such as distributed systems, cloud platforms, or DevOps

Proven ability to influence at the organizational level and design large-scale systems

Strong understanding of cloud platforms, microservices, and software architecture principles
