Senior Manager Of Grants And Contracts

Our client is seeking a Senior Manager of Grants and Contracts. Seeking an experienced professional to manage federal, state, city, and private grants and contracts. This role oversees the full lifecycle of grants, including submissions, renewals, compliance, reporting, and financial tracking. The position works closely with finance, development, and program teams and reports to the Chief Financial Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage grant and contract compliance, amendments, and reporting.
• Maintain procurement systems and required documentation.
• Coordinate submissions for HUD Homeless Assistance Grants.
• Monitor expenditures and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Support budget development and modifications.
• Prepare and submit vouchers and drawdowns.
• Assist with audits and special projects.

Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits

Salary : $80K$90K annually. Includes medical, dental, vision, disability, PTO, paid holidays, 401(k), and hybrid work schedule.

Pay Details : $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
