AI Engineer Lead

A company is looking for a Lead or Principal AI Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, architecture, and execution of AI platforms for autonomous decision-making and intelligent automation

Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to shape the AI roadmap and align priorities

Oversee the implementation of agentic capabilities and ensure solutions are scalable and secure

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field, or six years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree

Minimum of five years of experience in designing, programming, and supporting software applications

Proven experience in AI / ML engineering and platform architecture

Expertise in architecting agentic workflows for autonomous decision-making

Experience with cloud-native AI infrastructure and deployment on platforms like Azure or AWS
