Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled and motivated Night Chef  to oversee kitchen operations during evening hours. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality food preparation, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and lead a small team to deliver exceptional service during the evening hours.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and cook menu items to established standards.
• Supervise kitchen staff during night shifts, ensuring smooth operations.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock rotation and ordering.
• Ensure timely and efficient service for dinner service
• Collaborate with the day team to ensure continuity and consistency in food quality.
• Handle any issues or emergencies that arise during the night shift.
