You will…

• Lead and mentor a team of Fleet Maintenance Technicians and Vehicle Reliability Engineers.
• Develop training programs to upskill technicians and engineers on best practices in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and maintenance.
• Foster a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous learning within the team.
• Oversee regular inspections, maintenance, and repair activities for the autonomous truck fleet.
• Ensure diagnostic processes are effective and that root cause analyses are conducted to resolve recurring vehicle issues.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement temporary fixes and long-term design improvements.
• Support in-depth issue investigations related to software, and hardware for both the base vehicle and autonomy system
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex fleet-wide issues and drive resolution strategies.
• Standardize technical reporting and documentation for vehicle issues, repairs, and performance tracking.
• Establish and refine preventative maintenance programs to maximize vehicle uptime and safety.
• Work closely with engineering, operations, and safety teams to enhance fleet reliability.
• Communicate key performance metrics, challenges, and fleet status updates to leadership.
