Job descriptionProactively generate leads, make outbound calls, and follow up on inquiries. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Identify customer needs and present appropriate insurance products and services. Achieve individual and agency sales goals though consistent prospecting and closing. Previous sales experience (preferred but not required). A proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals. Self-motivation with results-driven mindset. Strong communication skills. Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain quickly).
