seamless collaboration and continuity of care.

Team-Based, Collaborative Care :

Join a supportive network of Advanced Practice

Providers, Medical Assistants, Experienced OB / OR staff, and

hospital colleagues who prioritize compassionate, coordinated care.

Our OB / GYN team delivers over 1,000 babies annually — a testament

Excellent Compensation & Benefits :

Competitive base salary :

$365,000–$425,000 with guaranteed income in your first year

Productivity and quality bonuses based on

RVUs

Hospital Weekend Call Compensation

Recruitment bonus : $25,000

Sign-on bonus : $10,000

Relocation support : up to

$5,000

Optional residency stipend

Balanced Schedule :

Maintain a rewarding work-life balance with a

4-day work week and a 1 : 5 call rotation. We go a step further to

support your time and well-being by providing weekend

Locum Tenens coverage so you can truly recharge. For

weekends you work, we offer Hospital Weekend Call

Compensation as additional recognition for your time and

commitment.

Qualifications :

Must be eligible to work

in the U.S.

Completion of a U.S.-accredited

OB / GYN residency
