Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Area Role with $5,000 Sign-on Bonus

We are excited to announce an incredible opportunity for a passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our award-winning Special Education team! With a starting salary ranging from $85,000 to $120,000, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a $2,000 annual education stipend, you can fulfill your career ambitions while making a real difference in the lives of students.

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work in a dynamic and supportive environment within our Southern California schools, serving Grades K-12. Our mission is to provide hope and support to students with diverse needs, and we are looking for individuals who share this passion.

Your Role :

• Evaluate and identify the speech-language therapy needs of students.
• Create and implement individualized therapy plans that align with each student's strengths and goals.
• Set collaborative, student-centered objectives involving families and educational teams.
• Monitor progress through data-driven assessments and adjust therapy plans as necessary.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy in natural environments to enhance communication and language skills.
• Document sessions and maintain accurate records to comply with state standards and company policies.
• Engage in proactive communication with families regarding therapy schedules and progress.
• Collaborate with educators and caregivers to integrate therapy goals in daily routines.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to share insights and evaluate student progress.
• Provide clinical support and mentoring to onsite teams to foster consistent therapy delivery.
• Lead timely client intakes and comprehensive assessments, contributing to program improvement.
• Oversee quality and consistency of therapy services across multiple locations.
• Encourage professional growth through knowledge-sharing and staff development.
• Build trust with clients and families to empower their involvement in the therapy process.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of best practices and innovations.
• Travel regularly between school locations to provide therapy and program oversight.
• Perform additional responsibilities as directed by Program Directors or Area / Regional VP of Operations.
