As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work in a dynamic and supportive environment within our Southern California schools, serving Grades K-12. Our mission is to provide hope and support to students with diverse needs, and we are looking for individuals who share this passion.
Your Role :
- Evaluate and identify the speech-language therapy needs of students.
- Create and implement individualized therapy plans that align with each student's strengths and goals.
- Set collaborative, student-centered objectives involving families and educational teams.
- Monitor progress through data-driven assessments and adjust therapy plans as necessary.
- Deliver evidence-based therapy in natural environments to enhance communication and language skills.
- Document sessions and maintain accurate records to comply with state standards and company policies.
- Engage in proactive communication with families regarding therapy schedules and progress.
- Collaborate with educators and caregivers to integrate therapy goals in daily routines.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to share insights and evaluate student progress.
- Provide clinical support and mentoring to onsite teams to foster consistent therapy delivery.
- Lead timely client intakes and comprehensive assessments, contributing to program improvement.
- Oversee quality and consistency of therapy services across multiple locations.
- Encourage professional growth through knowledge-sharing and staff development.
- Build trust with clients and families to empower their involvement in the therapy process.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of best practices and innovations.
- Travel regularly between school locations to provide therapy and program oversight.
- Perform additional responsibilities as directed by Program Directors or Area / Regional VP of Operations.
Qualifications :
Master's degree or higher in Speech Pathology or a related field.Licensed or in the process of obtaining your SLP credential.Valid CA state driver's license.Experience in providing speech-language therapy, preferably in educational settings.Knowledge of special education services for students with developmental, emotional, and behavioral challenges.Successful track record of developing and implementing effective therapy plans.Ability to foster motivation and engage in critical conversations with students.Strong relationship-building skills with students, parents, and educators.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with relevant technology and software tools.Join Us :
