• Manage and support Epic Radiant, Epic Cupid, and PowerScribe applications, serving as primary contact for imaging projects

• Oversee testing, implementation, and user training to ensure data integrity and efficient workflow adoption
• Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot issues, enhance system performance, and streamline operations
• Develop and maintain operational procedures to improve productivity and support ongoing system optimization
