Responsibilities : Seamless Service & Accurate Data

Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing support and ensuring a positive caller experience.

Provide excellent customer service, quickly addressing complex questions and concerns.

Maintain meticulous accuracy when entering customer information into our database.

Follow up with customers as needed to ensure complete issue resolution.

Focus on meeting and exceeding performance metrics to qualify for rapid advancement opportunities.

Technical Requirements (MANDATORY to begin work) :

Operating System : Windows 11 OS.

Hardware : Minimum 16 GB RAM (desktop or laptop) – No Chromebooks or Apple computers.

Connectivity : Hardwired internet connection .

Accessories : Dual monitors and a noise-canceling USB headset (must be acquired prior to start).

Professional Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong verbal communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency).

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (self-scheduling available).

Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.

Compensation

Starting pay of $12–$15 / hour , with built-in opportunities for performance-based pay increases and advancement. Work from home in a supportive team environment!
