About The Position

Seeking an experienced Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider (ARNP or PA / NP) to provide full-time outpatient cardiology coverage on a locum tenens basis. This is a clinic-only role— no inpatient work, no rounding, no procedures, no call, and no weekends.

Position Overview

Start Date : As soon as credentialed

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Assignment Duration : 6–9 months

Location : Silverdale, WA 98383

Setting : Outpatient Cardiology Clinic

Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities

Conduct follow-up visits after cardiology procedures

Manage annual and acute outpatient cardiology visits

Provide inbox coverage for cardiology providers out of office

See approx. 16 patients per day (established & follow-up only)

Interpret and manage cardiology imaging and diagnostic test results

Work independently within a collaborative, team-based care model

No inpatient duties, no procedures, no call, no weekends

Facility & Support

EMR : Epic

Support Staff : Full MA, RN, and front office team

Reason for Coverage : Backfill for departing APP

Required Qualifications

WA State License – REQUIRED

DEA & NPI – REQUIRED

Outpatient Cardiology APP experience – REQUIRED (Deal Breaker)

Epic experience – REQUIRED

Clean malpractice history – Highly preferred

Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
