Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic, bilingual Personal Injury Marketer who is fluent in at least two languages and possesses the heart, charisma, and initiative of a future community leader. This individual will be the face of our firm in outreach efforts, helping us connect meaningfully with diverse populations and building trust and visibility through educational, promotional, and community-based efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies targeting bilingual and multicultural communities.
  • Represent the firm at community events, educational forums, and outreach programs.
  • Build relationships with local organizations, businesses, and media outlets.
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns that highlight our services and success stories.
  • Track marketing performance and adjust strategies based on data and community feedback.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador—confident, warm, professional, and approachable.

Requirements :

  • Fluent in English and at least one other language.
  • Strong interpersonal and public speaking skills; able to connect with people from all walks of life.
  • Experience in marketing, outreach, or community relations (legal industry a plus, but not required).
  • A self-starter with high emotional intelligence, integrity, and enthusiasm for helping others.
  • Comfortable being visible in the community and forming lasting, positive impressions.
  • Organized, proactive, and passionate about social impact.
