Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Full / Part-Time, 3p-11p

Your Role :

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be essential in ensuring the health and comfort of our residents. Your responsibilities will include administering direct nursing care, medications, and collaborating effectively with other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide wound care and other necessary nursing interventions.
• Supervise and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering outstanding care.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols.
