Certification Requirements : Board Certified

State License Requirements : CO or IMLC License in Hand

EMR : Epic / Aria.

Patient Population : Adult, Geriatric

Required Procedures :

• Radiation Oncology, Emergent / Urgent clinic Visits and Treatment Planning, Treatment Supervision.
• Machine is a Varian True Beam. Treatment planning is in Eclipse.
• Average Time of Credentialing : 60-90 days
• Emergency Privileges : Yes with clean file only, 1 week minimum needed.
• Start Date : Feb 2025
• End Date : Ongoing
