Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at an elementary school in Bishopville, SC, serving a caseload of 56 students. This contract role runs from August 4th, 2025, through the end of the school year.
Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations and therapy services for elementary-aged students
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs and goals
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to integrate communication strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and parent conferences as needed
Qualifications :
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)Experience working in pediatric and school settings preferredFamiliarity with clinical fellowship year (CFY) standards is a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skills to work within an educational environmentAbility to manage a caseload of approximately 56 elementary studentsBenefits :
