Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at an elementary school in Bishopville, SC, serving a caseload of 56 students. This contract role runs from August 4th, 2025, through the end of the school year.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations and therapy services for elementary-aged students
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs and goals
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to integrate communication strategies
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings and parent conferences as needed

Qualifications :

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Experience working in pediatric and school settings preferred
  • Familiarity with clinical fellowship year (CFY) standards is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work within an educational environment
  • Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 56 elementary students
