ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an accomplished Vice President of Property Management to provide strategic leadership and operational excellence across a portfolio of multifamily residential properties. This senior-level role is responsible for driving financial performance, delivering exceptional resident experiences, and leading a team of Regional Managers with potential oversight of Maintenance Managers and operational support professionals in the Minneapolis and Omaha markets. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Vice President of Property Management is one of three VPs who will design and execute innovative strategies for sales, marketing, and financial management while ensuring compliance and operational consistency. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES TO ACHIEVE SUCCESS

The Key Accountabilities for the position include but are not limited to the following :

Owner and Resident Relations

• Build and maintain strong operational relationships with property owners.
• Lead initiatives to maximize occupancy through targeted sales, marketing, and advertising strategies.
• Drive resident satisfaction and retention through proactive service and problem resolution.
• Ensure full compliance with Fair Housing regulations, environmental standards, and government housing programs.
