As an Analyst on the Global Deal Execution team, you will be primarily responsible for identifying and analyzing key risks and supporting the sourcing, analyzing, closing, and funding of financial transactions. In addition, you will support the team by performing due diligence, financial modeling, and ongoing analysis for portfolio assets. This position is located in our Stamford, CT office and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work schedule according to company policy.

Essential Responsibilities

• Analyze and develop detailed financial models to support structuring, valuation, and risk analysis on projects and companies.
• Assist in preparing pitches, memos, and other documentation for internal approval processes and internal reports.
• Manage routine activities of portfolio assets, including operating reviews, quarterly reporting, and valuations.
• Conduct industry and company research, including risk analysis.
• Prioritize and complete a multitude of complex projects on short timelines.
• Manage projects to ensure administrative compliance with deal terms and establish, implement, and monitor operational reporting metrics.
• Support special projects, Lean initiatives, new business development opportunities, and the operations of GE Vernova Investment Advisers, an SEC-registered investment adviser.

The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $108,000 Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a 5% performance bonus. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
