The Corporate Paralegal will support the in-house legal department, including the General Counsel, staff attorneys, and other paralegals. Additionally, as a part of our in-house legal team, you'll be more than just support, you'll be a trusted partner and resource to the business. This is a dynamic position where you'll be involved in everything from preparing regulatory filings and facilitating board meetings to assisting with corporate governance matters and intellectual property. Responsibilities

• Support corporate compliance, governance, and international efforts.
• Assist with producing and maintaining corporate minute books and records.
• Help prepare for and facilitate board meetings.
• Assist with drafting corporate resolutions and consents.
• Support intellectual property related matters, as needed.
• Provide timely and accurate legal and corporate information to internal clients for use in proposals, qualifications, and contracts.
• Act as a liaison between in-house attorneys and internal clients, as needed.
• Provide Notary Public services to attorneys and in-house clients.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

This is an in-office position at our Kansas City, MO headquarters.

This job posting will remain open a minimum of 72 hours and on an ongoing basis until filled.
