The Senior Account Executive Commercial Lines will lead client servicing efforts, team development, and operational execution for Commercial Lines accounts. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on maintaining client relationships, ensuring policy accuracy, and managing internal workflows.

- Manage and service a book of Commercial Lines insurance clients.
- Support Sales Executives by preparing quotes, binders, renewals, and coverage recommendations.
- Lead weekly team meetings focused on renewals and new business submissions.
- Mentor junior team members and assist with system training.
- Oversee audits, claims, endorsements, and policy changes.
- Implement operational efficiencies using modern tools (including AI-powered applications).
- Attend occasional industry events and tradeshows.
- Serve as the go-to resource for resolving internal and client-facing issues.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Must-Have Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Willing and able to work 100% onsite (remote work not available).
- Strong leadership, communication, and client service skills.
- Expertise in Commercial Property policies.
- Professional designations such as CIC or CPCU (adds to compensation).
- Resides within a 20–25 mile radius of the office. (McKinney TX)
