Tax Relief Consultant

Job Description

Trusted leader in tax relief, committed to helping individuals and businesses resolve complex tax issues with integrity and expertise. We are seeking a Case Worker who is passionate about client advocacy and thrives in a fast-paced, solution-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Client Engagement : Conduct initial consultations, collect financial documentation, and assess eligibility for tax relief programs.
• Ongoing Support & Communication : Act as the primary liaison for clients, providing consistent updates, guidance, and reassurance throughout the resolution process.
• Team Collaboration : Partner with legal and tax professionals to craft strategic solutions and submit documentation to the IRS and state agencies.
• Case Management : Monitor case progress, ensure timely follow-ups, and maintain accurate, organized records.

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $43680.00 / yr.
