Job Description

Responsibilities :

• Administer and optimize CMMS (MaintainX) : configure assets, workflows, and reporting.
• Build and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and job plans.
• Champion safety compliance : LOTO, machine guarding, JSAs, SDS, permits, and inspections.
• Oversee facilities and utilities, including vendor management and project quoting.
• Lead and coach multi-shift maintenance teams; manage scheduling and performance reviews.
• Control inventory of critical spares, manage vendors, and track maintenance budgets.
