Key Responsibilities

Develop and oversee strategies for patient admissions in alignment with the organization's mission

Lead and mentor the Response Team, providing training and support for professional interactions

Monitor daily operations and patient contact channels to ensure timely responses and high-quality service

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Psychology, Social Work, Business, or related field

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in admissions, healthcare management, or a related field

Graduate Degree in Healthcare, Psychology, Social Work, Business, or related field (preferred)
