About the Role

The Company is seeking a results-driven Vice President of Real Estate Asset Management to oversee the performance of a portfolio of institutional quality industrial assets. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maximizing the financial success of the portfolio. This position entails significant accountability and may require travel to various markets to effectively manage our industrial properties.

Your key responsibilities will include negotiating leases, fostering strong tenant relationships, overseeing capital improvements, and managing financial reporting and disposition processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in institutional real estate, particularly in leasing and operations.

The successful candidate should demonstrate a proven track record of managing teams of real estate professionals and be adept at preparing and overseeing property budgets. A strategic mindset, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with tenants and stakeholders are essential for success in this role.
