Currently, we are looking for a Sales Team Lead for our client, Kombine.

We are currently looking for a Sales Team Lead to build a sales team from scratch and develop customer acquisition strategies. Why it will be interesting with us :

What we expect from you :
2+ years of experience in B2C sales.Experience in the iGaming industry (also experience in dating, forex, sweep, CFD can be considered).Previous experience in a leadership position will be an advantage.Fluent in English (Advanced level).French or German at an Upper-Intermediate level will be a significant advantage.Expertise in working with Tier 1 markets.Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate the team and focus on results.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work effectively with objections.If you are with us, among your key tasks :
Building a call center from scratch and forming a team.Systematic work with inactive players.Working with new registrations and converting them into deposits.Analyzing data on customer activity and sales performance metrics (KPI, LTV, retention rate).Using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for analysis and reporting.With us, career growth opportunities and benefits :
