About this role :

St. Marys Regional Hospital is seeking a Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join its redesigned CT Surgery Program in Grand Junction, CO. This position is ideal for an early-career CT surgeon looking to grow within a well-supported, balanced program.

Position Highlights :

Collaborative Team : Join two CT surgery partners in a collegial, supportive environment.

Diverse Case Mix : Includes CABG, aortic, valve, thoracic, and TAVR procedures.

Integrated Cardiovascular Service Line : Led by a nationally recognized vascular surgeon, with access to high-quality facilities and support staff.

ACS / SVS Verified Vascular Program : Shared standards of excellence and efficiency available to CT surgery.

Ideal Candidate :

Board-certified or board-eligible CT surgeon.

Interest in contributing to a growing program with strong institutional support.

Compensation :

Annual Base Salary : $925,000.00

wRVU Bonus : $85.00 per wRVU over 10,500

Call : 1 : 3 included in base, excess call $1700 / 24hr shift

Annual CME allowance : $5000.00

What youll bring :

MD or DO degree from a fully accredited allopathic or osteopathic school of medicine

Board certification or eligibility in Cardiothoracic Surgery

Active, unobstructed Colorado medical license, or the ability to obtain one

Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one

Ability to successfully com plete Intermountain Healths credentialing process
