Territory Management
Responsible for territory management, administration, and accountability.
Building relationships with referral sources to generate steady referrals that meet sales goals
Ensuring continuity between the provider practice or post-acute setting and the home setting in order to maximize patient satisfaction of respiratory and home medical equipment services
Improving awareness and confidence among healthcare professionals, physicians and patients regarding current home medical equipment services
Coordinating referrals to ensure timely admission and appropriate patient care based on doctors referrals
Appropriate call coverage on all key physicians and customers.
Reports & records are thorough, accurate, and completed in a timely manner.
Appropriate management of individual marketing and entertainment budgets.
Timely to meetings, appointments, etc.
Completion of delegated responsibilities in a professional and timely manner.
Professional Selling Skills
Pre-call planning.
Ask probing questions.
Practice good listening skills.
Strategic positioning.
Closing sales calls (ask for the business).
Handle post-call follow up.
Sales Planning and Execution
Strategic sales planning and execution using market share data, competitor analysis and reputation scoring.
Analyze marketplace including market share, competitors and opportunities for growth using CRM.
Enters call plan and outcomes into the CRM system.
Develop aggressive strategic sales goals with Sales Manager monthly.
Execute strategic sales goals.
Review & evaluate strategic sales goals on a regular basis with Sales Manager.
Utilize marketing resources effectively to accomplish strategic sales goals.
Sales & Marketing Results

Promotional Events Marketing
Oversight & execution of marketing and promotional events.

Requirements
Experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications.
Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
Physically able to work seated in front of a computer for hours at a time
Oxygen, PAP, NIV & DME equipment knowledge is preferred
Sales & Marketing Experience Preferred
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associates or Bachelors Degree in relatable field preferred
Licensed Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse preferred
