Position Overview :

We are seeking a motivated Insurance Account Representative to join our team. No previous sales or insurance experience is requiredjust a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow within the company and eventually become a State Farm agent with our guidance.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist clients with insurance account management, policy inquiries, and claims support.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and timely responses to client needs.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update account information.
  • Participate in training to learn insurance products and industry best practices.
  • Support team administrative tasks and collaborate with colleagues.

    • Qualifications :

  • No prior sales or insurance experience necessary.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Strong work ethic and dedication to excellent customer service.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented mindset.
