Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical Sales Focused Plumbing Service Technician

Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is looking to hire an experienced sales focused plumbing service technician. This role will provide basic repairs as needed, but will be mostly focused on running replacement service leads and selling new work for the installation teams. A strong knowledge in plumbing is required in order to provide the right solutions to our clients and to accurately estimate work.

Role Includes :

• Working with customers to come up with the best solution for their needs in a way that is in both their best interest and profitable for the company.
• Assess customer needs, provide solutions, and written estimates.
• Work with the project manager to provide material lists and instructions to labor installers performing work.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding estimates.
• Work with the Plumbing Sales Manager to produce accurate quotes for our customers.
• When needed, coordinate with customers regarding job scheduling and payment.
• Consistent with all positions in this classification, additional projects, tasks and / or duties beyond what is outlined here may be assigned as required.
