Medical Practice LPN position in the Primary Care department in Highland, NY

40 hours per week, 8 hour shifts Monday through Friday; 8 : 00 AM- 4 : 30PM Hours Vary

Summary : Performs tasks and responsibilities within the framework of case finding, health teaching, health counseling, and provision of supportive and restorative care under the direction of a registered nurse or licensed health care provider.
