Proposal Manager And Estimating Manager

You will be a Proposal Manager and Estimating Manager on the Air Dominance Program, a highly visible position with significant interaction with program, finance, corporate leadership, and customers. Our team is responsible for managing proposal activity, driving cost reduction initiatives, and securing the future of this key program.

As a Proposal Manager, you will collaborate daily with functional finance, value engineering, and planning teams to deliver business case analysis, cost reduction initiatives, and multi-million dollar TINA compliant proposals. You will be responsible for day-to-day tactical execution of estimating activities, as well as strategically shaping the future of the program. Your responsibilities will include :

• Managing proposal activity and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Delivering business case analysis and supporting cost reduction initiatives
• Developing and submitting TINA compliant proposals
• Driving day-to-day tactical execution of estimating activities
• Strategically shaping the future of the program to secure its long-term success

Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
