Patient Financial Care Coordinator

Job Duties

Greet and welcome incoming patients

Answer phones, Schedule appointments / fill openings / confirm appointments / coordinate office flow

Insurance verification, previous experience helpful

Customer service

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Friendly, bright, and detail-oriented

Strong technical ability

Medical assistance experience and certification is encouraged, but not required

Job Type : Full or Part-time with opportunity for growth. We do not work weekends! Pay : $16 - $26 / Pay based on skill and experience.
