Material Damage Specialist

A company is looking for a Material Damage Specialist responsible for reviewing and preparing repair estimates while negotiating costs with repair facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Review claim estimates and photographs for accuracy using CCC estimate review tools

Negotiate repair prices with shops and prepare estimates using CCC estimating software

Serve as a liaison between adjusters and shops to ensure an efficient claims experience

Required Qualifications and Education

Minimum of 5 years of claims experience or comparable shop work experience with classic, modern luxury, or exotic vehicles

High level of automotive technical proficiency and willingness to continue training

Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel

Strong negotiation skills and ability to maintain confidential information
