Overview :
Documents clinical data elements from multiple internal and sources which feed into the Research Data Warehouse. Analyzes data quality and looks for datar issues not limited to duplication, corruption and missing elements, etc. Maintains strict adherence to all HIPAA rules and regulations of the confidentiality of patient information. Mentors other Data Analysts. Assists end users with data requests in a timely fashion. Takes lead on working through challenging data requests.
