A company is looking for a Business Compliance Specialist for Asset Governance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead compliance oversight for assets, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements

Develop and maintain asset governance policies aligned with global regulations and risk appetite

Monitor regulatory developments and provide training to ensure compliance awareness across business units

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial services compliance, preferably in crypto or fintech

Strong understanding of financial crime risk management, including AML and sanctions

Deep knowledge of tokenomics, crypto asset types, and blockchain technology

Experience with token listing and delisting processes is highly desirable

Up-to-date knowledge of global regulatory developments affecting crypto assets
