Job Summary :

The Massage Therapist is responsible for providing exceptional massage and body treatments to guests, ensuring the highest level of customer service and professionalism. This role requires delivering personalized treatments, maintaining a clean and inviting work environment, and supporting the spa's overall operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform a variety of massage techniques, including but not limited to Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal, and aromatherapy massages.
• Assess guest needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Uphold the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness within the treatment rooms and spa areas.
• Provide a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for guests.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of spa services, products, and promotions to up-sell treatments and retail products.
• Ensure proper setup and breakdown of treatment rooms, including sanitizing tools and replenishing linens and supplies.
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations.
• Collaborate with other spa team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Attend mandatory training and staff meetings.
