Primary Responsibilities :

• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
• Assess childrens developmental needs and implement approved lesson plans
• Build genuine relationships with children and help them explore language, literacy, science, and life skills
• Maintain an attractive, well-kept classroom that inspires confidence and decision-making
• Ensure adherence to all regulations and standards for health, safety, and care
• Assist with classroom maintenance and other tasks as needed

Requirements :

• Meet local childcare regulatory requirements
• Previous experience in licensed early childhood programs preferred
• Knowledge of young childrens social, emotional, and creative needs
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. for child handling and safety
• ECT / Lead Teacher Qualification
