FINANCIAL CENTER MANAGER
WARDENSVILLE FINANCIAL CENTER
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
plan, direct or coordinate the promoting of bank services to the customer and prospects; including, but not limited to, developing, reviewing and monitoring objectives and expansion of business development; managing the financial center office operations including the teller and customer service; insuring community involvement; providing for the training and guidance of subordinate personnel, scheduling subordinate personnel; and cross selling and referring clients to other Bank professionals.
EDUCATION NEEDED
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of banking experience
