ð¼ Position Details

Schedule : Monday Friday 8 : 30 AM 5 : 00 PM

Compensation :

$22 / hour (based on experience)

$500 Sign-On Bonus

Monthly Phone Allowance

Location : Villas of Castleton & Lancaster Lofts

ð Key Responsibilities

Respond to service requests and complete maintenance work orders promptly

Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing electrical and carpentry

Troubleshoot and repair appliances

Maintain property grounds to ensure safety cleanliness and curb appeal

Participate in rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies (evenings weekends holidays)

â What Were Looking For

35 years of general maintenance experience (residential preferred)

Working knowledge of plumbing electrical and carpentry repairs

Excellent customer service and teamwork skills

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

HVAC certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire)

ð Education

High school diploma or equivalent required
