Job Description
As an M&A Consultant you will support the integration of acquired companies into the Motorola ERP Framework. With a focus on growth and standardization you are expected to deliver measurable business value.
Job Duties :
Provide strategic recommendations and apply business expertise to drive solutions for acquisitions and their management.
Assist in workshops meetings and project management activities.
Develop process maps to analyze current (as-is) and future (to-be) processes.
Document your work and present findings to the team.
Maintain accurate and organized records reports and other delivery documents.
Requirements :
Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Computer Engineering Information Technology or Information Systems with a graduation date on or after December 2026.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex issues and develop effective solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying ideas clearly.
Basic understanding of task prioritization and project timelines for efficient completion.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Quantitative analysis skills and the ability to make data-driven recommendations.
Note : Candidate must be in the Chicago / Schaumburg office 2 days a week.

Basic Requirements
High School Diploma is required
Must be pursuing a Bachelors Degree with a graduation date of May 2028 or later
