Wholesale Lending Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Production Support, Whls.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee account manager and loan set-up responsibilities to meet performance targets

Train associates on policies and procedures, including ongoing revisions

Review process flows to improve or streamline workflow and ensure service level agreements are met

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

One (1) to two (2) years of supervisory experience

Eight (8) or more years of directly related mortgage industry experience

Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Ability to organize and prioritize work schedules of others
