Compensation : The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $85,300.00 to $142,200.00.

Position details : In this role, you will be responsible for managing a high-volume, robust Paid Search program, generating both customer and prospect revenue growth within spend and revenue targets. You will also lead campaign management and performance analysis efforts to maximize paid search incremental revenue growth. You will report to the Paid Search Channel Lead. This is a hybrid position and is onsite in Lake Forest or Chicago 3 days a week.

Product Feed Management and Connectivity with Broader Grainger Technology TeamDaily Health Checks and Issue ResolutionIdentify Further Feed Optimizations OpportunitiesPaid Search Campaign Management (Performance Analysis, Program Health Checks and Optimization Efforts)Project Manage Rapid Testing Initiatives in Support of Incremental ROAS GoalsPrepare and present performance reviews and opportunity area discussions with marketing leadershipWork with Google, Microsoft, and Search Ads 360 vendor teams to ensure PPC program objectives are met, troubleshoot issues and stay informed of new capabilities for program optimizationGrow and optimize keyword portfolio through rapid testing : Data analysis, Bid strategy, Audience / Product, Ad Copy, Landing page, etc.Automate processes, reporting and alertsWork with internal business partners and vendors to coordinate and communicate project initiatives, define strategy, make budget recommendations and execute ROI deliverablesYou have :
3+ years experience managing large scale Paid Search program for well-established online retailer.
